Joan P. Nix is a registered architect, a LEED AP, and an architectural historian. Ms. Nix has more than 25 years of experience in the design of residential, commercial and educational buildings, including all phases of zoning analysis, design, construction documentation and contract administration. As an architectural historian, she has also conducted Section 106/NEPA reviews, with primary and secondary source research, architectural surveying, assessment of effects, and preparation of Memorandum of Agreements when necessary. The scope of her project experience has included small residential buildings to large municipal and commercial projects. John Ferrante is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional and a Professional Engineer. Mr. Ferrante has over 35 years of engineering experience including structural engineering, civil engineering, foundation engineering, stormwater management and site development from land use permitting through construction management. His environmental consulting experience includes permitting; modeling; facility design and construction; site assessment and remediation; and brownfield redevelopment from initial due diligence to the preparation of remedial action work plans, remedial designs and remedial oversight. The scope of projects encompasses assistance to small business owners for permitting and environmental compliance to multi-million dollar remediation designs and construction for large scale developers. Jason Smolinski has over 10 years of experience with developing and constructing facilities for telecommunications clients using a fast track methodology to satisfy the client's timeline and provide the necessary construction and permit documents with timely approval. He is responsible for the development of Environmental Impact Statements, Phase I and Phase II Reports, National Environmental Policy reporting to the FCC and Memorandum of Agreements between the State Historic Preservation Office and wireless carriers and the FCC. Mr. Smolinski has also provided expert testimony on land use applications with respect to NEPA and environmental impacts. John Tsun has more than 25 years experience managing environmental compliance for petroleum, pharmaceutical, chemical and power generation facilities, and government agencies. He specializes in air quality related projects and environmental permits including ambient air quality/monitoring, air dispersion and consequence modeling and soil vapor dispersion modeling. In addition, Mr. Tsun has conducted odor mitigation studies for the refinery, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. James Murawski is a Professional Engineer and has over 30 years of experience in design of commercial, industrial, and municipal buildings for large and small clients. His scope of services encompasses surveying, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering including detailed design, and overall project management. His project experience includes small school renovations up to and including multi-million dollar upgrades for equipment and support structures for oil refinery processes. |
